Easy Salmon Avocado Dip
All you need is a can of salmon, 3 avocados, a handful of limes, cilantro and spices. If you can tolerate FODMAPS, then red onion and crushed garlic is splendid in this! Add all ingredients in your food processor, and you're done!

Instructions
  1. First, add the entire contents of the can of salmon in your food processor along with the olive oil and avocados (peels and pit discarded).
  2. Next, add the lime juice and cilantro. (You may use just the leaves or the entire bunch depending on how much you like cilantro!)
  3. Follow this with your red onion and crushed garlic.
  4. Pulse in blender until well combined.

Looking for variety?  Sub lemons for limes and basil for cilantro for a new twist!
