Need a new breakfast solution?  Grab a pound of beef and have a good morning with these Sunrise Sliders (AIP Paleo, AI Keto).  You can choose to change of the flavor profile by subbing freshly squeezed juice of an orange for the applesauce.  I love to take a Saturday morning and batch cook several pounds of these to store in the freezer.  Then, I simply have to zap what I need during the week for a quick breakfast!

Grab a pound of beef and make a lil' sunrise skillet surprise. You can choose to change of the flavor profile by subbing freshly squeezed juice of an orange for the applesauce (omit for AI Keto).

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix spices in with the ground meat.
  2. Add the applesauce (Skip for AI Keto).
  3. Roll into medium sized balls and flatten into slider shape.
  4. Place in skillet on medium high heat, turning when the first side has browned.
  5. Can garnish with additional ground or fresh sage.
Recipe Notes

Consider making a double-batch of these yummy Sunrise Sliders.  Store fully-cooked sliders in the freezer.  Can be reheated quickly for those busy on-the-go mornings.
